These mounts allow M18 batteries to be mounted to the top lid of the Milwaukee Packout System. The mounts click into place in the spaces that further top boxes lock into and don’t require any fixings to be held into place.

An M18 battery will lock into place, being held into the mount by the batteries own locking system and are released by squeezing the release buttons on the battery. Double Mounts: The double mounts can be used to hold two M18 batteries, but due to the size of the batteries they can’t be used in combination with the single mounts on the same side of the lid. Two doubles can be used on a lid (left and right) or with singles on the alternate side (left or right) but not together as the batteries won’t fit and the mounts will get in each other’s way.

The double mounts incorporate a central tray for storing drill bits, hex drivers, screws or other small items. To remove the mounts: here are finger pulls on each size that can be used to pull the mount up whilst pulling the mount out. Wiggling the mount side to side whilst pulling them out makes this easier.

Colour options:

You can have them in red, black, grey and green but can be customised in a different colour if needed - contact us with requirements. Choice of colours to match workshop décor, add a stylish accent feature or indicate battery status, e.g a red one to place the battery in for you to charge and a green one to place the battery that is ready to go. Please select your choice of colour from the drop down list. 

Size: 

Single Mounts are 33mm tall, 82mm wide and 90mm deep. Double Mounts are 33mm tall, 186mm wide and 90mm deep. Manufactured in strong plastic. 

Manufacture and materials: 

The mounts are 3D printed, which leaves a texture on the top surface and layer lines on the sides. The plastic used called PLA (Polylactic acid) and are derived from renewable fermented plant starches e.g. corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. 

Postage:

Your mount(s) will be packaged in a small box to protect your order whilst on it's way to you. Orders will be posted to you second class unless the first class postage upgrade option is selected.
