Wall Mount Cleat Kit for Milwaukee Packout Case Organisers with retention latch - for Shed, Van or Workshop. Mount your Milwaukee Packout Organisers on your wall (shed, van or workshop) with our wall mount cleat kit.

The kit includes two or four cleats for half or full width organisers and a retaining latch that locks the case in place using the cases’ spring loaded retention mechanism.

To mount cases, follow these steps:

  1. On the back of the case, slide the cleats into place making sure they’re fully in place.
  2. Using masking tape over the cleats (not included), mark the screw holes by punching through them with a pen or pencil.
  3. Also make sure to mark the location of the retaining latch.
  4. Remove the tape and place it where you’d like to mount the case. Mark the location of the screw holes and the retaining latch through the tape, then remove the tape.
  5. The cleats and retaining clip can now be screwed to the desired surface with suitable screws.
  6. The case will now slide onto the cleats and lock into place. It can be removed by pulling the spring clip on the case and pulling the case up (or away) from the cleats

Care should be taken to avoid over-tightening the screws to avoid cracking the plastic. Milwaukee Packout Case Organisers not included. The price is for one case mount set. Compatibility:

Two or four cleats and a retaining latch.

Size:

The cleats are 57mm tall, 12mm deep and 45mm wide. The retaining latch is 33mm tall, 10mm deep and 78mm wide.

Manufacture and materials:

Manufactured in tough plastic with countersunk screw holes for secure mounting to any suitable surface, with countersunk screws. The mount is 3D printed, which leaves a texture on the top surface and layer lines on the sides. The plastic used called PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a thermoplastic polyester that provides good durability, strength and heat resistance. 

Postage: 

Your case mount will be packaged in a padded envelope (or box for multiple items) for protection whilst on its way to you.

Larger orders will be sent as a parcel with protective packaging. Your order will be posted to you second class unless the first class postage upgrade option is selected. 

Please ensure you take note of our dispatch dates when placing your order and if anything is needed urgently please contact us so that we can make sure your item arrives in plenty of time. Discounts are available for buying more of our items and we always combine postage.
